EVANGELISM COMMITTEE The Evangelism Committee of Immanuel Lutheran Church meets on the first Saturday of the month at 9am. All are invited to attend, find out more information, and help us spread the Good News of our Crucified and Risen Lord Jesus Christ! OUTREACH MINISTRY Serving those less fortunate... Every Saturday morning hot breakfast is provided to the homeless. This ministry, begun in 1999, has served over 7,000 meals to those in need. Clothing is also offered. But more than food is served. We sit and visit with our guests trying to let them know God loves them, and we do, too. "In as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." VOLUNTEERS TO HELP SERVE BREAKFAST ARE ALWAYS WELCOME. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:00 am every Saturday Morning at the Church. Please join us!		BIBLE STUDY Mid-week Bible Study is held on Wednesdays from 6-7 pm in Mary Lawrence Hall (The Church Fellowship Hall). Our current Bible study is on 1 Corinthians. Come and join us for this fascinating examination of God's Word. If you would like, come and join us at 5:45 pm for socializing as we gather. Bring your own dinner, come, and share a time of Christian friendship and then stay to feast on God's Word. This Bible study is not just for adults. High School students and those entering confirmation instruction are invited as well. Bring your friends and show them that Immanuel congregation is not only rich in history, but, more importantly, rich in the Word! LUTHERAN CATECHESIS FOR ADULTS If you are interested in learning more about the Christian Faith and about the teachings of the Lutheran Church and this congregation, please call the Church office (438-8138) Tuesday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30pm. Current members and inquirers are welcome to attend. Our current study meets on Sundays at 12:15pm in Mary Lawrence Fellowship Hall.
